This web site was created to fulfill course requirements for EDTC-560-Applications of Multimedia and Web Page Design. It is part of the Masters of Adult Education and Distance Learning degree from the University of Phoenix Online.

Picture of Baby My first encounter with a computer occurred when I went to our local elementary school to tutor some first graders with reading and math. Personal computers weres till new to the world at that time and I had never touched one before that day. So I sat down on the floor with the first graders and they taught me how to use a computer. From that day on I never looked back. The next year I went back to college, earning first a degree in Architecture and Building Construction and then a degree in Industrial Engineering. Although I didn't get my very own computer until sometime in the 1980's, I used one every day at my job. For those of you in the field of engineering, going from the drafting board to the PC was like being a baby all over again.
